계정 및 데이터 삭제 · Account & Data Deletion
앱이 설치되어 있다면 아래 경로에서 운영자가 관리하는 계정·게임 데이터를 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.
앱을 이미 삭제한 경우에도 웹 버전을 열고 설정 > 계정에서 같은 Google 또는 Apple 계정을 선택해 기존 진행도를 불러온 뒤 계정 삭제를 선택하면 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다. Apple 계정은 이 과정에서 Apple 재인증과 연동 철회가 함께 진행됩니다.
웹 버전에도 로그인할 수 없는 경우 아래 이메일로 요청해 주세요. 본인 확인 후 삭제 절차를 안내하고 처리합니다.

최초 실행에서 닉네임과 필수 고지를 확인하고 시작하면 익명 Firebase 게스트 계정이 생성되고 게임 진행이 서버에 동기화됩니다. 앱을 삭제하기 전에 앱 안의 계정 삭제를 이용해 주세요. 이미 앱을 삭제해 익명 계정에 접속할 수 없다면 닉네임과 이용 기기 등 확인 가능한 정보를 고객지원에 보내 주세요.

관계 법령에 따라 보존 의무가 있는 정보는 계정 삭제 후에도 아래 기간 동안 분리 보관한 뒤 파기합니다.

결제 이력이 없는 계정에는 위 보존 대상이 발생하지 않습니다.
별도로, 서비스 제공자가 생성하는 제한적인 인증·호스팅·보안 로그와 백업은 제공자 정책에 따라 자동 만료됩니다. Firebase 인증 IP 로그는 수 주, Hosting IP 로그는 수 개월 보관될 수 있으며, 삭제된 인증 정보가 실시간·백업 시스템에서 제거되는 데 최대 180일이 걸릴 수 있습니다. Cloudflare 로그의 실제 보존기간은 활성화된 로그 설정과 요금제에 따라 달라집니다. 계정 삭제 후 이 자료는 게임 진행이나 마케팅에 사용하지 않습니다.
If you still have the app installed, you can delete your account immediately:
If you already uninstalled the app, open the web version, open Settings > Account, select the same Google or Apple account to recover the existing progress, and then choose Delete Account. For Apple accounts, this flow also performs the required Apple reauthentication and authorization revocation.
If you cannot sign in to the web version either, email us. We will verify your identity, guide you through any required reauthentication, and process the request.

After you review the required notices, choose a nickname, and tap Start, an anonymous Firebase guest account is created and game progress is synchronized to the server. Please use in-app account deletion before uninstalling. If you already uninstalled and can no longer access the anonymous account, contact support with your nickname, device and any other information available for verification.

Records we are legally required to keep are stored separately after account deletion and then destroyed:

Accounts with no payment history have no such records to retain.
Separately, limited authentication, hosting, security logs and backups generated by service providers expire under their provider policies. Firebase authentication IP logs may remain for a few weeks, Hosting IP logs for a few months, and deleted authentication data may take up to 180 days to be removed from live and backup systems. Actual Cloudflare log retention depends on the enabled logging configuration and plan. These records are not used for gameplay or marketing after account deletion.
